Our own fish pie directly from the menu. Line caught cod, smoked haddock & king prawns in Béchamel sauce. Topped with fresh mashed potato.
Remove lid and place in a preheated oven at 170c for 25/30 mins (or until piping hot and mash is nicely browned).
For an even better crust on the potato, try brushing with melted butter before putting in the oven.
