These sardines are selected purely for their quality. They are hand prepared and cooked the traditional way in oil (not steamed like supermarket brands) which gives them incredible flavour and firm flesh. Like vintage wine, their taste develops and improves as time goes by and turning the tin once a year is recommended. Produced in Brittany by Jacques GONIDEC - Concarneau
